Our Suppliers

CWIT is focused on building long-term, collaborative partnerships with our suppliers, based on mutual trust, transparency and shared goals, enabling us to improve supply chain efficiency, mitigate risks and drive innovation. CWIT firmly believes that suppliers play a crucial role in the success of an organization, as they are directly responsible for providing the goods and services needed to operate the business. Their performance in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost can significantly influence an organization's competitiveness, profitability, and overall operational efficiency.

CWIT recognizes that procurement is a key driver of local economic development. We view procurement as a strategic partnership, creating mutual benefits for both the company and the supplier. We aim to implement innovative procurement practices, particularly in integrating social and environmental criteria and collaborate closely with our suppliers to support their development. We actively encourage small and medium-sized local suppliers to participate in bidding opportunities. This approach offers multiple advantages, including faster service delivery, better after-sales support, and reduced costs.

CWIT has a complex supply chain spanning beyond national borders, therefore it is exposed to hidden and uncontrollable risks typically driven by ESG factors, such as natural resource depletion, human rights abuses and risks related to health & safety. These risks may impact the financial performance of the Company along with the reputation and brand image. To limit our exposure to such risks, we have initiated a process to identify ESG-related risk in the supply chain and subsequently take corrective actions to mitigate the same. All suppliers working with CWIT, must sign and adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct that includes terms and conditions w.r.t. to ESG.
